We want to express our SINCERE THANKS to the Service Dept @ Findlay Honda Northwest! You make us feel like we are part of the Honda Family. I purchased four Honda's in my life and put well over 100,000 miles on three of them. I'm sure we will do the same with the 4th one. We take both of our Honda's we own now to Findlay Honda Northwest Service Dept. because they are Honest, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Fair in price and Super Friendly!! Our mechanic is very reliable and makes us feel safe driving our family in our vehicles. When it is time to buy another vehicle, we will return to Findlay Honda Northwest and continue to service our vehicles there because of them.

Reggie and Jade made my experience so easy, I keep going back. I did some shopping around but I ended up going back to this dealership after too much pressure and hassle at other stores in the valley. They worked with me on my budget and got me in a car I LOVE. I have a FIT and it's been my favorite car (Over previous Nissans and Fords). I moved an entire apartment in it, no joke.
Anyway, my lease is coming up soon and I'm making plans to go back to Vegas (I've since moved out of state) just so I can work with a dealership and people I trust. I'm planning on getting another FIT. It pays to give such great customer service. Ask for Reggie as your salesperson and Jade in finance. They really go out of their way and are genuinely good guys.

I just recently bought an Honda Odyssey from this dealership it was a great buying experience. Our Salesperson Eric was very helpful.
I also bring my cars to this dealership for regular maintenance and always receive excellent service. Lisa Rocks!

I came in today complaining that my car that I just purchased from Findlay Honda about two weeks ago had smoke coming out of the hood of the car. Jonathan Parrish was the service advisor who assisted me today and I would like to say that he was totally awesome. Very calm, cool and collected. I was very happy with his service, his know-how and his calm, cool and collected demeanor. I would gladly bring my car back again and I think that Jonathan Parrish should be commended for his impeccable service.
