As you are welcomed to Findlay Honda’s Service Department by one of our Experienced and Friendly Service Consultants they will listen to your needs, address your concerns and care for your vehicle as if it were their own, making sure your vehicle is repaired properly the first time and returned to you clean. As a winner of the 2008 Service Excellence award customer satisfaction is our main goal. Findlay Honda’s Service Consultants will make sure that you are educated on what is necessary to properly maintain your Honda.

Here at Findlay Honda you will find a state – of – the art facility, complete with a 24 bay main shop with in-ground lifts and built in tool boxes, and the correct tools to complete the job.  Our technicians are Honda factory trained, experienced and knowledgeable, with the ability to diagnose and repair your vehicle correctly the first time. Every vehicle gets an exterior wash upon completion of repair.

Should you decide to wait for our vehicle at the dealership we have a wonderful customer lounge, with a big screen HDTV with cable, children’s playroom, Starbuck’s coffee, herbal teas and a Pepsi machine for your refreshment.  Findlay Honda’s customer lounge area also has WI-FI, current magazines and free copy of USA Today.  Otherwise, Findlay Honda’s Courtesy shuttle is happy to drop you off.
