Gary Mamiya is awesome. He helped my father out with getting a Honda Fit. Gary even picked my car-less Dad up! Talk about excellent customer service. Gary was straight forward and gave us a great deal on the car. No upselling nitrogen tires/lojack/vin etching like other dealerships.
Highly recommended! If you're looking for a Honda in Vegas, skip Honda West (got fleeced on his Accord years ago) and go talk to Gary.

Just had my car serviced by Deborah Shomsky. She worked to the best of her ability to get our car repaired even when the warranty company gave her and the technician a hard time. Not only that, she kept us updated with changes to the car. We are very satisfied with our experience and definitely will be coming back for further maintenance.

So I decided to buy a Honda, this was my first time owning one. I called and spoke with a car specialist named Mark Hughes at Findley Honda, he was very friendly and answered all my questions pertaining to the new 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Upon doing some research the car online I found the best price and decided to go down and talk numbers. I made an apt with Mark who was very punctual and professional. My entire car buying experience there at Findley was great, they were not pushy and really made me feel like this was a smart decision on my behalf. I Love my new Accord and highly recommend asking for Mark Hughes if you decide to purchase a new Honda, he went over the entire cars features got me in at the price I felt comfortable with and made me feel appreciated. I leased a new 2014 Honda Accord ex-l at this dealership. I found Neil Goalstone the sales manager very knowledgeable and helped me through the process very easy. I found the professionalism at this dealership goes above and beyond. Whoever I had to deal with if I had any problem went above and beyond. This is the second car I leased from this dealership and Neil Goalstone was there for me both times. I hope down the road I will be dealing with this dealership for my next Honda Accord ex-l. Yesterday, Jon, in the Service Department, took good care of us. He kept us informed while we waited. We had a major sensor replaced. Unfortunately, I do not know who the Tech was that worked on our car, but whoever he was, did an excellent job. My husband is an Aircraft Mechanic. He knows our car pretty well. We are always impressed with this Car Dealership's work. They strongly believe in taking excellent care of their customers. And they only use quality genuine Honda products. Honda Odyssey '05
Kudos to the staff at Findlay Honda Northwest for our new car buying experience. We bought a new 2015 Honda Odyssey. Our experience began with Eric Walker our Internet Sales Consultant who was easy to work with; made the effort to understand what our needs were and what we were looking for. After we agreed to the deal we worked with Lisa Schaerrer, Finance Manager who explained the factory warranty, told us about the optional coverages available and our finance options. A couple of days after our purchase we went back to the dealership and met with Mick Tanner, Customer Relations Manager. Mick spent almost 2 hours with us explaining how all the electronics worked. There is a ton of electronics on the vehicle and it is a basic model. We bought a set of all-weather floor mats and Fernando in Parts & Accessories took the time to put them in the van. Thanks for the stress free experience.
I bought a new Honda CR-V at Findlay Honda via the internet and was very pleased with the sale rep. for his professional and friendly attitudes. He did made the buying process pleasant. This place is great. Cool ice chilled air conditioning & they offer free soda. While you wait on your car to be service. They still have a talent of getting your car ready for you and they dont take all day. Fast service yey!

When we came to Las Vegas almost a year ago, our van's maintenance minder came on. Looked on a map and Findlay Honda was the closest dealership. We've consistently taken our van to Honda dealerships because of the good experiences we've had. Findlay Honda is no exception!
I've come here to get my oil changed, tires rotated, brakes, pads, and rotors changed, CV joint repair, etc. I've used the express service which usually only takes an hour or so and includes a free car wash. I've also made service appointments with ease over the phone. Every visit is pleasant. I haven't needed it, but they have a courtesy shuttle for those getting vehicles serviced. There are two lobbies to choose from and they have wifi hotspots. They offer coffee and soda and also have vending machines. The children's area has a nice Disney Cars theme mural and has toys, books, a table and chairs. My kids enjoy the separate area just for them.
All in all, I'm very pleased with the service department and never worry because my van is in good hands. Sure, I could get the work done at a chain car care center, but Findlay Honda is worth it. You cannot put a price on peace of mind!
Purchased my 2015 CRV EX AWD on 6/26 through Mark Hughes and was one of the easiest car purchases I've ever had. Mark throughly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with the car before signing and leaving the lot. I've purchased roughly 14 new cars in the last 10 years and this was actually an enjoyable experience. When I first talked to Mark, I asked about "markups" and he explained they do not do that. Once he discovered it had tint since it was a dealer trade, he called me to let me know which communication is always appreciated. Findlay Honda and Findlay Honda Henderson have the best staff and it keeps me in the Honda family and that says a lot because I have immediate family that works for Toyota. Toyota was what i was raised on and Honda was always the "enemy", haha.
We were looking to scale back so we wanted to trade our 2014 Pilot Touring 4WD, so before buying the CRV my fiancé and I test drove several Toyotas and Hyundais prior to deciding on the CRV. Findlay Toyota has a terrible sales staff and we just didn't like what Hyundai had to offer. We made the drive from southwest Vegas to Centennial area and would do it again for the great experience.
The only thing that was so/so, was that it took approximately 3-1/2 hours from beginning to end. Mark apologized but said he wanted to make sure everything was right and waited some of that time for it to be detailed. Even the detailer apologized and offered to help me load my stuff from the Pilot and also thanked me for the purchase.
